By using this website or booking a service with Cart to Cars Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide mobile car and golf cart detailing services within The Villages, FL and surrounding areas (approximately 20-30 minutes from The Villages). Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to vehicle condition, size, and current booking capacity.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website and communicated via text or email are starting prices based on standard vehicle size and condition. Vehicles with excessive dirt, staining, pet hair, mold, or other unusual conditions may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before service begins.

Booking and Scheduling

Bookings require a minimum of 2-3 days advance notice. We do not schedule service appointments on weekends. Appointment availability is subject to change based on current bookings.

Text Messaging Program

By submitting a booking or quote request with your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Cart to Cars Mobile Detailing regarding your request, including package recommendations, pricing, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments where the customer is not available at the scheduled time and location, will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. This helps us keep our schedule fair for all customers, since your slot is reserved specifically for you.

Limitation of Liability

Cart to Cars Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects to vehicles or golf carts. Any concerns about service quality should be reported directly to us so we can address them.
